Today, industry in general faces major challenges in the transmission of know-how and skills. And — in a post-confinement world — more than ever digital, the issues of knowledge and skills are critical for the industry (competitiveness, recruitment, training). We believe that immersive media are at a tipping point and constitute a possible response to this gap, making it possible to resolve the question of the acquisition of knowledge and its transmission, essential for industry to maintain high standards.

How to record unique know-how, whether industrial or artisanal?
How to ensure that the transmission is effective and desirable?
How can new industrial standards emerge?
How to maintain these skills over time and distribute them in space?
