According to numerous studies, the XR sector is growing rapidly and will continue to accelerate over the next decade. As the number of virtual platforms and key players in the metaverse expands daily, the lack of qualified XR professionals is on the line.

Last year, Meta announced its plan to create 10,000 new jobs over the next five years in Europe, spreading a real fear about the difficulty of recruiting new talent outside of Meta.

During this round table, we will highlight different education programs already in place in Europe. We will discuss the most prevalent ways to attract Generation Z to the sector, and we will also address how to create educational curricula using the metaverse.
