Passionate about art, culture and new media, Dildel has been working in the field of digital arts for over 10 years. Enjoying being at the heart of strategic thinking at the beginning of a mandate, he excels at understanding client needs and translating them into innovative and intelligent solutions that bridge the gap between technology and content. As a project manager, he oversees complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams. Trained in business administration at HEC Montreal, Dildel Lavoie-Caceres began his career at Moment Factory and BOOM Marketing. At XYZ Technologies, he has held various positions in business development, strategic planning and project management since 2011.
He is now heading the new creative division of XYZ Technologies, cadabra. Dildel is driven by building teams and managing projects that tell the stories of tomorrow and build bridges between communities and generations. He is drawn to artistic and cultural media experiences that enrich people’s lives.
He has led large-scale mandates for Dubai’s City Walk, the Bank of Canada Museum, the Pointe-à-Callière Museum and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Dildel became the fourth partner of XYZ Technologies in 2016.
