Jean-Pierre MAILLET

Digital artist, co-founder of the association AliceA, Jean-Pierre Maillet came into the world of art through the creation in the 1980s of the group “Environment and Behaviour”; with Jean-Marc Vivenza. He created his first electroacoustic and video performances in connection with the Museum of Contemporary Art in Grenoble, France and the association Art et Culture.

Jean-Pierre returned to artistic creation in the 2000s, seduced by the possibilities of digital technology. He now works on photography. He co-directed video performances (VJYing), 23 institutional clips for companies and associations (UCPA, ARPEGE, MJC Duchère, Ramsay…), and films for the stage. He also participated in various photo exhibitions. He also works on his own digital creations inside AliceA.
