Olivier PIASENTIN

Olivier PIASENTIN is the President of Ikimasho (a VR games studio based in Paris). Former business affairs in the film industry, he has produced high-profile movies starring Jessica Biel, Milla Jovovich or Forest Whitaker. He went on to work for film financiers on both sides of the Atlantic, driving creative execution through legal and financing challenges.

In 2017, Olivier partnered with Belgian media fund Umedia to launch a VR endeavor which led him to produce the acclaimed theatrical experience “Jack:Part 1” with Baobab. He then joined forces with old-time friend Yann Suquet to move deeper into gaming with the creation of VR game studio Ikimasho, with the impetus to create new narratives in immersive worlds.

He often participates in conferences and panels covering creative and financial implications of innovative technologies. He is a lecturer for Sorbonne University and EDHEC Business School. He holds a Master’s Degree in European law.
