Jani VALLIRINNE is a seasoned expert in eXtended Reality (XR) technologies, AI, and the Metaverse. Currently serving as the Metaverse Strategy Lead at the University of Oulu, Jani prepares and coordinates large-scale national and international projects. He also contributes to the development of Finland’s National Metaverse Strategy and has a rich history of innovative collaborations globally. As Chairman of the Open-Source Community for Augmented Reality, Jani supports the development of cutting-edge AR eyewear. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident through his founding of Code School Finland, where he pioneered new methods for teaching coding to children worldwide.
