Nadia KAMALI MAROUAZI

Nadia KAMALI MAROUAZI has been teaching modern literature and methodology in various institutions since 2002, focusing on areas such as academic writing techniques, French language instruction, literary analysis, and film studies. In 2023, Nadia co-wrote two feature films supported by the Moroccan Cinematographic Center: Triple A by Jihane El Bahhar and The Silence of the Violins by Saâd Chraibi. Among other awards, Triple A won Best Screenplay at the National Film Festival in Tangier in October 2024 and Best Foreign Film at the 14th Soho International Film Festival in New York in September 2023. The Silence of the Violins also received significant recognition in the auteur cinema category.

Nadia has contributed to numerous successful audiovisual projects in Morocco and Europe. As part of the XR4Heritage project, she played a key role in the editorial development of the digital avatar of Miriam Makeba, exploring the intersections of cultural memory and immersive technologies.

Her work focuses on narratives that highlight memory, diverse identities, and technological innovation, with a particular emphasis on marginalized voices.
