All the conferences, workshops, exhibition, and XR Showcase will take place at the newly renovated Maison de la Poste, near Brussels Nord railway station.

A shuttle will be available between the Gare du Nord and the Maison de la Poste, between 8am and 10pm.

The event app gives you access to the event program, the list of participants (exhibitors, speakers…), and allows you to access the B2B match-making platform.

The Stereopsia event app is available on Android and IOS, and can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store by searching for “Brella // Swapcard”.

Where you stay is important. That’s why Stereopsia has partnered with Brussels Booking Desk, to allow its participants to enjoy the greatest rates at several centrally-located Brussels hotels. – There is no shuttle service to Stereopsia venues from the hotels.
– The Brussels Booking Desk is the only official housing company associated Stereopsia. Yes, throughout the event, attendees can indulge in lunch options conveniently located on-site. A catering services will be accessible in the Demo Area.

Stereopsia ensures full accessibility for individuals with reduced mobility, including ramps, elevators, and other amenities. For further inquiries regarding accessibility, please reach out to us at emma@stereopsia.brussels.

The 16th edition of Stereopsia will be held from Monday, 9 December to Wednesday 11 December 2024.
Here are the opening hours of the event:

– Monday, 9 December: 10AM to 8PM.
– Tuesday, 10 December: 10AM to 10:30PM
– Wednesday, 11 December: 10AM to 5PM

For exhibitors, you can enter the event on Sunday for the setting-up of your booth, and from 9AM every day. Booths need to be dismantled on Wednesday between 5PM and 9PM.
