Integrating Ethics into XR | 10:30am

Join this engaging workshop, hosted by the EU-funded XR4HUMAN project, as we present a draft version of our European Code of Conduct for ethical XR design and development. Led by experts Rosemarie de La Cruz Bernabe and Rigmor Baraas, participants will engage in small breakout groups to critically evaluate the Code of Conduct and provide constructive expert feedback. Together, we will explore how this framework can be integrated into the production processes of European XR studios, agencies, and companies to ensure ethical, human-centered development.

At the end of the session, the collective insights will be synthesized and shared during a plenary session, contributing to the ongoing conversation about responsible and ethical practices in the XR industry. The workshop will last 55 minutes.
