Program

Before the ceremony begins, all attendees will enjoy a welcoming reception with light food and drinks, setting the tone for a glamorous night. After the awards are presented to the outstanding content creators, we’ll gather back on the ground floor for a celebratory photo call, followed by the After-Party to keep the festivities going.

  • 7:30 PM – Welcome Reception
    Light refreshments served to all attendees, providing a pleasant atmosphere before the Ceremony.
  • 8:15 PM – European XR Awards® Ceremony
    The official Awards presentation takes place on the first floor for 150 selected participants, including nominees, VIPs, and top-tier pass holders.
    Meanwhile, an entertaining live-streamed version will be available downstairs for all other guests .
  • 10:00 PM – Photo Call & After-Party
    All attendees reunite on the ground floor for group photos and an exciting After-Party with drinks and entertainment.

    • INDUSTRY PASS, BOOSTER PASS, and all nominees have access to the exclusive +1 level for the Awards presentation.

    • All other pass-holders are invited to watch the event from the 0-level floor via live streaming, complemented by thrilling technological performances.
