SHEREEN COX

Shereen COX represents the EU funded project XR4HUMAN, where she is exploring ethical issues arising from the use of immersive technologies including the mapping of risks and harm. She is a Jamaican researcher and lecturer at the Centre for Medical Ethics, University of Oslo, Norway. She has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Ethics and Law from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Technology, Jamaica. She is the immediate Past President of the Bioethics Society of the English-Speaking Caribbean. Her research interest in post-approval follow-up of research by ethics committees, regulatory ethics, pharmacy ethics and ethics of technology.
