MEET THE EUROPEAN METAVERSE RESEARCH NETWORK

The European Metaverse Research Network (EMRN) is conducting interdisciplinary research into the concept and practice of the metaverse to explore the implications of this transformative technology. The research projects are bringing together various perspectives on issues such as the legal implications, economic foundations, and social impact of the metaverse. By conducting independent research, the EMRN seeks to ensure that the development of the metaverse is guided by a thoughtful and informed approach. This sessions will offer a glimpse into the ongoing research projects carried out by the members of the EMRN. In addition, the EMRN will invite other researchers and speakers to this session, to enhance knowledge sharing and to highlight the role that researchers play in companies who help to develop the metaverse and its related technologies.  A detailed schedule will be available here at the beginning of September.
